TransUs needed to replace a fragmented rental workflow — phones, spreadsheets, and a basic listing site — with a unified platform their customers and operators could trust. We delivered a customer-facing booking experience and an operations dashboard that runs the entire fleet day-to-day.
What needed solving
Customers had no transparent way to browse availability or self-book. Operators juggled bookings across messages, manual notes, and disconnected tools, causing double-bookings, lost revenue, and slow turnaround on every rental.
