About the role
You'll lead product design across client engagements, contributing to and shaping the Bluedotprint design system.
What you'll do
- Lead product design from research to delivery
- Build and maintain design systems
- Pair with engineers in code where it counts
- Drive accessibility and motion standards
What you bring
- 4+ years of product design in software teams
- Strong portfolio of shipped, real-world products
- Figma fluency
- Comfort communicating decisions to engineers and stakeholders
Nice to have
- Some HTML/CSS comfort
- Motion design experience
- Branding or visual identity work
