About the role

You'll own delivery for one or two client engagements, working alongside designers and engineers to keep work moving, expectations aligned, and quality consistently high.

What you'll do

Own end-to-end delivery for client projects
Run sprints, standups, planning, and retros
Be the single point of contact for stakeholders
Forecast risk, surface blockers, and propose tradeoffs
Document scope, decisions, and changes clearly

What you bring

3+ years managing software projects (agency or in-house)
Strong written and verbal communication
Comfortable working with engineers and designers
Familiar with agile workflows in spirit, not as dogma

Nice to have

Background in startups or agencies
Some technical foundation (you don't need to code)
Experience with multi-stakeholder delivery
